You may return most items sold by DNA Stuff within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Any CD, DVD, VHS tape or cassette tape that has been opened
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is
missing parts.

If you are returning a gift and the item you're returning was not designated as a gift when purchased or if it was not shipped directly to you from DNA Stuff, please note that the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Returning or Exchanging Items by Mail
To return any DNA Stuff Online Purchase by mail:
1. Detach the top customer portion of the return form for your records.
2. Circle the item(s) that you are returning or exchanging on the bottom portion of the return form and note the reason why.
3. Indicate if you want us to credit the card used to place the order or send you a refund check. If you'd like an exchange, let us know what you want by filling in the reverse side of the return form. We will pay the costs for shipping the exchange order.
4. Circle the name and address where we should send the check or exchange. If you want it sent to a different address, please complete the box on the reverse side of the return form.
5. Pack and seal your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include the return form. We've provided a return label as part of the return form. Packages must be returned prepaid — we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

On returns, we can only credit the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
