We will make every attempt to fill your order as quickly as possible. We ship most orders within 48 hours. If your order cannot be shipped within seven days after your order is confirmed, DNA STUFF will notify you by email or phone. For rush orders or stock inquiries, call our Customer Service department at (631) 863-2920.

We do not ship out UPS orders on Saturday or Sunday for weekend delivery. Orders that are shipped UPS "Priority" or "Express" are still subject to order processing and fulfillment, which may take an additional 48 hours.

Standard UPS shipping is available in the continental U.S., excluding Alaska and Hawaii, with additional charges for "Priority" and "Express" services.

Packages that are returned or shipped with an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to additional shipping charges.

Jewelry Orders
An order containing only jewelry items will be sent via FedEx 2 day air at the cost of $7.95 for shipping and handling. If your jewelry merchandise total is over $1,000 we will waive the shipping and handling costs. Please enter a physical address as FedEx cannot deliver to a P.O. Box.

Second Day Delivery (within 3 business days)
Add $9.00 to shipping and handling up to 15 lbs. Certain items are excluded due to weight or size. Please contact us at 1-800-771-7570 to determine if your item will require additional charges.

NOTE: The above rates apply if all items are shipped to one address. If we are shipping to two or more addresses, the above rates apply for each address.
